Easter Eggs In Basket Pattern

We used single point bamboo needles size 6

Cast on 8 stitches

Row 1: Perl 8 stitches

Row 2: Knit 1, add 1 stitch after each 2 stitches. This is how to do this:

Row 3: All Perl

Row 4: Knit 1, add 1 stitch after each 2 stitches.

Row 5: All Perl

Row 6: Knit 1, add 1 stitch after each 3 stitches.

Row 5: All Perl

Row 6: Knit 2, add 1 stitch after each 4 stitches.

Row 7: All Perl

Row 8: Knit 2, add 1 stitch after each 4 stitches.

Row 9-22: Perl odd rows; knit even rows

Row 23: Perl 2; decrease 1 stitch after each 4 stitches (Perl 2 stitches together)

Row 24: All Knit

Row 25: All Perl

Row 26: All Knit

Row 27: Perl 2; decrease 1 stitch after each 4 stitches (Perl 2 stitches together)

Row 28: All Knit

Row 29: All Perl

Row 30: All Knit

Row 31: Perl 2; decrease 1 stitch after each 4 stitches (Perl 2 stitches together)

Row 32: All Knit

Row 33: All Perl

Row 34: All Knit

Row 35: Perl 1; decrease 1 stitch after each 2 stitches (Perl 2 stitches together)

Row 36: All Knit

Row 37: Perl 1; Perl each 2 stitches together

Cast off.

Sew the egg together leaving a small opening to fill it with poly-fill then close the opening.
