How do you come up with knitting ideas? What inspires your projects? It's not always obvious how to answer these questions. But some ideas can easily be traced to their origin.

The idea of the Cat tea cozy was born when we visited Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in New York City. Once I saw the Cat by Paul Klee I knew I wanted to knit it.

I wish I could share a pattern but there was no pattern. I printed a picture and used yarns of different colors to imitate it.
